*The pools are open from 2 June – 30 September.

*The resilience tax of 15€ per day is charged to the guest.

Reservation Policy :

To perform a reservation you have to prepay 30% of the total amount . The full payment can be performed at your arrival Casa Smaragdi .

Cancelation Policy :

  • If a cancelation is performed 45 days before the arrival date, there will be no charge
  • If a cancelation or a change is performed in less than 45 days, the prepaid 50% will be withheld
  • If a reservation is being canceled or changed 10 days before the arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case the clients do not show up or leave earlier than arranged the total amount will be charged.

Children Policy :

  • We provide 1 baby cot in each villa, suitable for children up to 2 years old.
